About

Act as chief HR liaison for the College with University administration in all matters relating to human resources, employee relations, and payroll. Provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to departments within the College on all human resources, employee relations and equity matters. Responsible for establishing and maintaining human resource planning and management systems and controls. Provide leadership in strategic planning as it relates to human resources to meet the College’s vision and growth strategy. Provide leadership and management in directing all College personnel matters.
