About
Dale leads the Information Technology team in the college. Her team provides information technology and desktop support for the college. Additionally Dale coordinates information technology efforts that benefit the entire college and facilitates all college level information technology projects. Before joining the College of Science in November 2016, Dale served as Director of Information Technology for both the College of Engineering and Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. Prior to her career in higher education, Dale was an officer in the United States Air Force for 12 years where she honed her information technology and leadership skills. She was an instructor navigator as well and taught in both the classroom and operational environmental. She began her Air Force career as a Financial Systems Analyst.
